Exchange Policy

At Tampopo, we currently do not offer exchanges for change of mind, size, or color. We kindly request all customers to carefully review product details, sizes, and descriptions before placing an order.

However, in the rare case that you receive a damaged or defective item, you must:

1.Inspect the package in front of the delivery person

2.Inform the delivery person immediately if any damage is found

3.Contact us the same day with photos or video evidence

Only items reported at the time of delivery will be considered for exchange due to damage.
